I just purchased some of your software on-line but when I try to login to your site, it says it does not recognise my email addess. Why not?

ANSWER:

We do not automatically create an account for you on the Square One website when you purchase any of our software. This protects your personal data and allows you to remain completely anonymous to us if you wish.

You can still transfer and activate your software licence(s) via our activation server using only the information you received from our sales provider.

However, if you do choose to voluntarily create an account using the "Create a new account" option with the same email address you used when you purchased, then you will be able to access all your previous sales information whenever you login as well as links to the latest downloads and updates for your software. This is completely secure as you must have access to the specified email address in order confirm the account request and successfully create a new account.
