CFD Export Problem:Exprot to Fluent

Hi!
First I have to say I am new to Ecotect and I have only the trial5.50 version.
Any way,As I read in your perevious comments, you mentionded that the methods that ECOTECT uses to export have been written in such a way as to be flexible enough to interface with different types of CFD code, such as Fluent.
As I checked your CFD export items,I found it only possible to export to WinAir4!Is there any update or additional software that make it possible to export the files in to the Fluent or I did not know the true way? Or maybe it is only possible for whom bought the product and I will be able to after buying it?

Thanks,
Mostapha

Mostapha,

WinAir4 is really a CFD package from Cardiff University and unfortunately not available to the public.
Instead, Ecotect needs to use another third party software, free to download, called NIST FDS.
Unfortunately, even once installed, I have never been able to have it work properly (export) from Ecotect.
I have actually been discussing the issue with Andrew these last couple of days and he may have found a work around. I look forward being able to use this function as well.

Cheers,
Olivier
