Ecotect licence issue - can't export licence anymore because d.s.n. seems to have changed??!

Hello,

I've some big trouble with my Ecotect licence.

There's a screenshot attached to this post that acutally shows what strange thing happens.

I've transferred my Ecotect licence from my office PC to my home PC. Things worked fine.

But suddenly, although I haven't made any hardware or software changes, I couldn't no longer transfer my Ecotect licence back to my office PC, because the computer said, the desktop serial number of my home PC had changed !?!!?! That sinks.

Ecotect on my PC at home still works well, the licence is stille active, but the licence is also "trapped" in that PC, as you can see with the attached screenshot, but I need to have the licence back to my office!

What can I do now?

Could you please provide the desktop serial number form your PC you are trying to transfer your licence from ?
You can find this by going; HELP > UPDATE LICENCE > < PREFER TO ACTIVATE MANUALLY > NEXT>> > PRIOR TO AUG 2006 > NEXT>>
I will then check these details for you and see where the problem might be so that we can fix it for you.

Hi again Mauro.

In checking your DSN it had changed and was causing your computer to look different to our licence servers. This is not your fault and is an issue we are working on, but so you can understand why -- it was because a change had occured with the Mac Address on your computer.

Anyway, I have rectified your licence details now so if you could try the transfer process again, I am confident it will work without issue for you now.

The version is 5.5

I've recently transferred a licence from one PC to another in our office.

The licence has been on this computer: Desktop Serial Number: PLOhoqQhqEIEgTmDhH
Its phyiscal adress is: 00-13-72-94-EA-61 (cmd.exe > ipconfig -all)

The licence is now on this computer: Desktop Serial Number: mEQqdqjgZCEUhPmXeF
Its physical address is: 00-18-8B-80-C8-AE

After you website crashed some time ago, for me it's impossible to get the licence back to the first computer. Same error as the last time.
Can you check?
