Purchase question

I am interested in purchasing Ecotect ASAP. I have requested a written quote, left several telephone messages, submitted a purchase inquiry to Share-It, and none of these methods has garnered a response. I'm interested in buying a network license of the product and want confirmation that we can do that with the full version sold on the website, or if I need a different license. Does anyone know of an effective method for getting a hold of someone at Square One to be able to have my questions answered and to make a purchase?

Frankly, I'd think very long and hard before entering into a transaction with squ-1. They are a nightmare to get hold of on the phone, never return calls or emails - i've been trying to get an urgent license issue resolved for a week now, no replies, can't get a product I've paid for to be activated, lots of problems with their servers checking licenses in and out.... its just a headache. I think its only fair you know what you're in for if you buy and have some problems, as you already have seemed to discovered in trying to buy the software. Do you really need that stress?

And they delete messages when people point this out on the fora, yet they don't have time to call clients back. I think that's very telling - image management is more important than genuine customer satisfaction.

Thanks for the warning

I appreciate the warning of about what we're getting in to. I expect high up-time for network-based licensing, and if I can't control that it could be a deal-breaker for us.

Your posting finally brought some response to my initial inquiries and prompted me to ask further questions about network licensing before committing. Can anyone comment on how this feature works/doesn't work?

As near as I can tell, there isn't another product on the market like this, and I'm really anxious to bring it in to our company, but need to be assured that we're not throwing our money away. Thanks for the advice.
