HVAC

Hello,
I'm a sustainable building engineer in France and I'm working with ecotect for differents projects. I notice that it's impossible to make a schedule for HVAC systems. So, I have some very high consumptions of heating. Is there a mean to make a schedule or to regulate the heating during the year. More, I would like to know what SBEM means and what is its utility in the consumption of heating. To end, Ecotect accounts the inertia of the earth?

Thanks.

Hi,

Actually, I'm working with Ecotect on a project of a low comsuption building (offices). I have a problem for the comsuption of heating. In fact, I have found some very high comsuption of heating and I can't put a schedule for HVAC system. It's possible as well I have make a mistake in the data entry of building or another. So I would like to know what is the real problem and for that, I send my project hoping that a person finds the problem.
Thanks.
Cordially.
