Everytime i contact you through the support section, my questions never seem to get answered. is there any other way to communication besides the forum since the support doesnt seem to be working.

For some reason when i try to add an update at a request, after i press the submit button, the new (refreshed) page doesn't show the new message...
Maybe you do get the new messages but if that is the case why don't you answer them?
