ARE THE NUMBER DISPLAIED IN ECOTECT (WHEN I RUN THERMAL ANALISYS --> FABRIC GAIN ) THE TOTAL AMMOUNT IN EACH HOUR AND FOR A SPECIFIC MONTH OR ARE THEY THE AVERAGE VALUE PER A SPECIFIC HOUR IN THAT MONTH?

The values are averaged hourly value for each month. You can actually double check that by adding all the hourly fabric gains for each day of a month, then divide by the number of days.
You can choose to have it display Actual Hourly, in which case it is summing up all the gains and losses for the entire month.
