Hi Dave,

Ecotect will account for thermal inertia in a limited fashion. It is best used when internal fluctuations do not vary too greatly, since it is based on a 24 hour cycle.
With that said, Ecotect accounts for thermal lag (user input), and also Admittance value, which accounts for how much an assembly will absorb and release energy to the internal space.
