I purchased Ecotect, weather tool and Solar tool educational desktop license last october. Recently I tried to transfer all those licenses to another desktop however without any success.

I followed the instructions from internet activation of the softwares.

First i transfered all three licences to the server. Then i downloaded the trail version from the internet in my new machine. But "activate software" button was not active. Unfortunately I realised that I did not save the patch file, which i should have saved when installing it first time in my previous machine. Therefore I copied all the "square one folder" from the old machine to new machine. then I tried to "activate software" in my new machine. "activate software" button was active, but to my horror only solar tool got activated. following Error message appeared for ecotect

"ACTIVATION ERROR" THE LICENCE SERVER REPLIED WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR: Unfortunately all your 1 licence(s) are currently assigned to other computers. In order to licence this computer you will need to transfer and existing licence back to the server first.

for weather tool
I transfered it from my old machine to server and when tried to activate in my new machine similar message appeared.Whereas when i try to open it in my old machine it still opens but when i try to transfer again it says other computer has the licence.

THerefore I can use solar tool in my new machine, weather tool in old machine but ecotect is missing. Please help. I want everything in my new machine.
