TG-How close the To need to be to the comfort band to allow the window to open?

In case of using AC or mixed-mode, I reckon the thermostat range should be the same as the comfort band and this range should change with the time of the year. Consider the situation when the comfort band is let us say 19 and 27 in Cairo and the Ti and the To are extremely grater than 27, let us say 36 and 34 respectively. In this case the To is closer to the thermostat range than the Ti i.e. the window will open while in fact both temperatures are very far away from the comfort band and the AC should probably be on to bring the Ti to the thermal comfort zone. What if in case of mixed mode, we use the adaptive free running equation to calculate the upper and lower limits of the comfort band and use the adaptive model for cooled buildings to calculate the thermostat range and then every time Ecotect compare the Ti and the To with both ranges rather than just using the thermostat range. The question is how close the To need to be to the comfort band to allow the window to open? And how far should be the Ti from the comfort band it needs to be to put the AC on?
