Are they the daily minimum and maximum values? Or are they the minimum and the maximum monthly values? For example, in Cairo the minimum temperature in January is 7 degrees, Weather Tool gives the min temperature for Cairo in January as 8.1.
Is 8.1 = the average of the minimum temperatures of each day of January?
