There is a disoncerting silence surrounding these forums. I think it's fair to say that most users of Ecotect are fairly happy with the product but thoroughly depressed and frustrated with the support. A brief announcement about 5.6 some months ago and now nothing. Various problems have been noted with some analyses in the forums and no replies from anyone at SQU1. A company cannot expect loyalty when it treats its customers in an unreasonble and unsupportive way.
Patience is wearing very thin. Please please please sort out your support!
