Optimum orientation

hi,
I have some questions about the use of the Optimum orientation tag. I'm working on some buildings located in Reggio Emilia and I used datas of Parma.
1. What are the assumptions about the rectangle which represent the building block? Has it only one principal front (for example towards south) or does it consider to have two fronts (towards south and north)?
2. Has the block a completely glass facade? What is the percentage of glass on it?
3. Is it possible to know how the house reacts in summertime only? And in wintertime?
4. Why in the Solar radiation visualisation tool, the shown values are different, compared to those in the Best orientation tool? In the Best orientation values at east are higher then those at west, the opposite happens using the Solar radiation visualisation.
5. How can I interpret those values?

thanks

I have other questions...
Does it exist a manual for the application of Weather tool software?
Or does it exist a comparative study where it has been used?

thanks...
