QUESTION:
When I run ECOTECT I get an error that says something about ComboBoxWrlSky, and ECOTECT won't startup. What is going wrong ?
ANSWER:
This error is almost certainly as a result of Windows ME operating running out of system resources. We're guessing your computer is either running Windows ME, or Windows 98 or 95... as these can also have the same problem sometimes.
The only recommendation we can suggest you try, (other than upgrading OS) is to make sure that you have as few programs and system tray items running whilst using ECOTECT -- this way the OS may be able to allocate the required amount of resources for the software to run. There are several known errors caused by Windows ME and Win9X, so we don't recommend that ECOTECT be used on these operating systems if it can be avoided.
