QUESTION:

I can't seem to download your software from the web site. It got to about 50% then disappeared and now when I try again it won't let me connect... Is there something wrong with the link on the page ?

ANSWER:

It sounds like your original attempt at downloading crashed or got stuck half way and thus is now cached on your machine or an intervening proxy server at 50%. If this is the case, you may like to try clearing out your internet cache (delete temporary internet files in IE). After doing this your machine should download it from the beginning.
