The manual order process

You can order Square One products manually by e-mail, phone or fax. These are not the quickest options however, so if you are in hurry to purchase then we would suggest placing an on-line order as it is an automated process that can be done at any time.

When ordering manually (as with ordering on-line), you have the choice of all of the available payment methods, as follows:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash
  • Cheque

Step-by-step guide

Please read through the numbered steps described below, to familiarise yourself with the entire manual ordering process.

1. Select your location

First you will be asked to select your location from a map.

From the manual order page, you will first be asked to select your location on the map provided.

This allows us to determine if there are any local sales affiliates for our products in your area that you may like to contact, as well as the most appropriate major currency for your purchase.

2. Choose the products you want to purchase

Next you will be asked to select which products you would like to purchase, the quantity and the appropriate licence type for your situation; commercial, educational or student licence.

There is also an option for choosing to download or receive a CD-ROM. If you are in a hurry to get started with the software then we would recommend choosing the download option -- it's cheaper too Smiling although you can of course download the software even if you order a backup CD-ROM.

Next you will be asked to choose the products, quantities, type of licence and delivery method.

Make sure you click the Recalculate Total button if you adjust any of the options in this form, and click the Place a Manual Order button when you are ready to continue.

Important note for educational & student discounts

If you choose a discounted educational or student licence you will be asked to verify your eligibility for the discount once your order has been confirmed.

If these details are not received or not adequate, then we will offer the option to upgrade to the next level of licence that you are eligible for, or to cancel your order (and receive a full refund if payment has already been made).

3. Fill in the Manual Order Form

When you click the Place a Manual Order button the Manual Order Form will be displayed. You should follow the instructions on the form regarding what to fill in and where to send it.

Choose your preferred payment method, and don't forget to sign and date the form.

5. Processing your order

Once you have sent us your Manual Order Form (instructions for how to do this are included on the form), our Share-It! sales team will process your order for you. This typically takes between 1 and 2 business days.

6. Order confirmation and invoice

Once your order has been processed by our sales staff you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain your order number and detailed information regarding payment and shipping.

If you provided credit / debit card details for payment, then the email will include a receipt for this transaction.

If you are still to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash, then the e-mail will include invoice details and specific instructions for your chosen payment method. Please follow these carefully to finalise your purchase.

Important Note: Do not do anything until you have received this confirmation e-mail, and be sure to keep a copy of the e-mail for future reference.
