Ordering Square One products on-line is the quickest method available, as it is an automated process that can be done at any time. Therefore if you are in a hurry to purchase, we would definitely recommend this method.
Ordering on-line does not mean that you have to pay for your purchase over the internet -- it just means that you are letting us know what you would like to purchase by filling in and sending us an on-line order form.
When ordering on-line you still have the choice of all of the available payment methods, as follows:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Cheque
Step-by-step guide
Please read through the numbered steps described below, to familiarise yourself with the entire on-line ordering process.
1. Select your location
From the Square One storefront, you will first be asked to select your location on the map provided.
This allows us to determine if there are any local sales affiliates for our products in your area that you may like to contact, as well as the most appropriate major currency for your purchase.
2. Choose the products you want to purchase
Next you will be asked to select which products you would like to purchase, the quantity and the appropriate licence type for your situation; commercial, educational or student licence.
There is also an option for choosing to download or receive a CD-ROM. If you are in a hurry to get started with the software then we would recommend choosing the download option -- it's cheaper too
although you can of course download the software even if you order a backup CD-ROM.
Make sure you click the Recalculate Total button if you adjust any of the options in this form, and click the Buy Now button when you are ready to continue with the purchase.
Important note for educational & student discounts
If you choose a discounted educational or student licence you will be asked to verify your eligibility for the discount once your order has been confirmed.
If these details are not received or not adequate, then we will offer the option to upgrade to the next level of licence that you are eligible for, or to cancel your order (and receive a full refund if payment has already been made).

3. Review your cart
When you click the Buy Now button you will be transferred to the secure purchasing pages operated by Share-It!.
The first section of this page allows you to check the items in your shopping cart, and if necessary, make any last minute alterations. You can remove an item completely by clicking the garbage can icon.
If you do change things in this form, make sure you click the Update button so your changes get stored and you can see the corrected price etc.
4. Fill in your personal information
Next you need to fill in your personal and/or company information. It is very important that you get these details correct, as they are what will be used on your invoice and purchase receipt, and how we will identify you in the future if you ever lose your licence or login details etc.
When filling in the contact name and e-mail address, it is advisable to use the details of the main person who will be using or maintaining the product (in your office).
You will be given the opportunity to provide a separate shipping and billing address details (if you want to) a bit further on in the process -- keep on reading to find out how...
5. Choose your preferred payment method
Now you get the chance to choose your preferred payment method. Once you have done this you need to click the Next button to proceed with the purchase.
The payment options available, and what you have to do for each, are detailed in full as follows...
Payment by Credit or debit card
If you choose to pay by credit/debit card a secure form will be provided where you can enter the details for your card.
Share-It! accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB, as well as UK debit cards Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Payment by Bank transfer, Cash and Cheque
For all other payment methods (Bank transfer, Cash and Cheque) you will be taken straight to the "Review Your Data" page, explained next...
6. Check all details and place your order
At this point you get the opportunity to review your entire order and check that everything is correct. If you require an alternate shipping address you can make the changes to the Shipping Address section -- just click the Edit Data button in the section you want to alter.
Finally, to send us your order it is important that you click the Order button at the bottom of the page.
7. Processing your order
After clicking the Order button a temporary page will be displayed whilst your order is processed. At this time it is important that you do not click any buttons in your browser, in particular the back button, as this may cause duplicate orders (or charges on your credit/debit card).
Order processing shouldn't take too long to do -- between 30 to 60 seconds is normal depending on your internet connection.
8. Order confirmation and printable invoice
Once your order has been successfully processed a confirmation page will be displayed. This page allows you to print out a PDF invoice (or receipt if you have already paid by credit/debit card) for your order. Be sure to print or save this PDF for your records.
Further down the page an important set of instructions are displayed that will vary depending on the payment method you chose. Please follow these instructions carefully to make sure that the payment of your order and final processing goes smoothly.
