Placing a Purchase Order

Square One will accept Purchase Orders from corporate or educational customers only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers.

Step-by-step guide

Please read through the numbered steps described below, to familiarise yourself with how to place your Purchase Order.

1. Fill in a Manual Order Form

To place a Purchase Order you will need to firstly complete a Manual Order -- full instructions on how to complete this are included on the form or you can read our step-by-step guide to the manual order process.

2. Send in your order

Next you will need to send Share-It! your official Purchase Order on company letterhead by mail or fax, along with your completed manual order form (instructions for sending are included on the form).

3. Processing your order

Once our Share-It! sales team has received your purchase order and manual order form, they will process your order for you. This typically takes between 1 and 2 business days.

4. Order confirmation and invoice

Once your order has been processed by our Share-It! sales team you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain your order number and detailed information regarding payment and shipping.

If you provided credit / debit card details for payment, then the email will include a receipt for this transaction.

If you are still to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash, then the e-mail will include invoice details and specific instructions for your chosen payment method. Please follow these carefully to finalise your purchase.

Important Note: Do not do anything until you have received this confirmation e-mail, and be sure to keep a copy of the e-mail for future reference.

5. What's next ?

Finally, having placed an order and completed payment, it's time to get started with your new software licence. If you would like help with this side of things too, please read our Software Activation guide.
